ABOUT MOD DEVELOPMENTS

MOD Developments Inc. was founded in 2009 by Gary Switzer, former head of high-rise development for Great Gulf Homes, which over the past twenty years has developed award-winning projects such as 18 Yorkville, The Morgan, The Hudson and X the Condominium. Together with Sal Spampinato, Vice President of Construction and Noorez Lalani, Vice President of Acquisitions and Development, the company selects prime urban locations to create city landmarks that improve both the urban tapestry of the neighbourhood in which they are located, and the lifestyle environments of their purchasers.

MOD's first development, FIVE Condos at St. Joseph Street, won four top 2011 BILD Awards, including the prestigious Project of the Year and Highrise Design of the Year awards.
